David’s background in Supply Chain Management has spanned 20 years and covered all aspects of upstream, downstream and end-to-end supply chain optimisation. His work has included supply organisation design, process re-engineering and performance management systems. Industry experience includes retail, pharmaceutical, aerospace and defence.

In particular, Tandem specialises in improving the contribution of supply planning and management to client profitability. Employing methodologies and tools to provide visibility of costs and cost drivers, unprofitable products and channels can be identified, removed or re-defined.
