Fearn has over 13 years supply chain operations experience gained with NFT Distribution, Fujitsu (ICL) and Zebra Technologies.As Zebras’ Logistics Manager for Europe Middle East and Africa, he relocated the warehousing, distribution and repair operations from the UK to the Netherlands, delivering the project on time and to budget.

He now focuses on helping supply chain & postal companies improve their operations through technological and process improvements. This includes developing new applications to improve flexibility, quality, customer service and revenues - such as mobile printing with delivery drivers to print P.O.D, collection labels and final invoices on the road.

Married with 3 children, what free time he has is spent supporting Manchester United, swimming and not flying when going on holiday.
